The Carroll Young Professionals (CYP) will host a Costume Contest. Children will register from 5:30-6:30 pm at the CYP booth in Westgate Mall.
Digital photos will be taken of each child to use for judging the costume contest. There will be 2 age groups: Infant to age 5 and ages 6-12. The best costume in each group will win $50 in Chamber Bucks. Winners will be notified on October on Facebook.
After they register, families will be given a list of businesses that are handing out treats for kids.
